Margaret Clarke received her Associates Degree from St Gregorys College in 1991 and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1993.  She is a 1996 graduate of the Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Ms. Clarke primarily practices in the Healthcare Law field. She also has expertise in the areas of: Medical Malpractice Defense, Professional Liability and Civil Trial Practice. Margaret assists clients with medical negligence issues involving long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals and physicians. She has had many victories for her clients and was the lead attorney on the last long term care defense verdict in the state of Oklahoma. Margaret has an individual AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell and is the author of, “U.S. SupremeCourt Applies the Fair Debt Collection Act to Litigation,” Oklahoma Bar Journal, Vol. 66, No. 27, p.2297 (1995). In addition, she has been recognized as an Oklahoma Rising Star and Oklahoma Super Lawyer in Personal Injury Defense: Medical Malpractice.
